writes:Update: yesterday, a guy that i used to really like asked me to be his girlfriend. he was really scared that i would reject him so he wrote me a note to ask. i still kind of had feelings for him so i said that i would be.after he left, the other guy, im gonna call him james, came and sat behind me and my friend, who were talking about new boyfriend. i could tell that james was listning because of the way his head was leaned towards me and he really looked like he was paying attention.when me and james were walking home, he was acting depressed and was being all pissy towards me. he looked like he was really upset. when i got home i couldnt stop thinking aboute how much i liked james and that i shouldnt have said yes to the other guy because i didnt feel that was aboute him anymore,lets call him... uh..kayde.james has come to see me like every day since we started hanging out together again, but today he didnt.also, yesterday my heart started hurting and i cried when i thought aboute how upest james was acting, because he was fine 'till he heard me and my friend talking. now my heart still hurts when im away from him and i havent stopped thinking aboute him since last time i saw him.

reader, anonymous, writes (24 January 2010): If I were you, I'd tell James that what you did was a mistake and that you don't have feelings for the other guy. Then explain this to Kayde, cos' James is clearly the one that really loves you.
