 she deserves to be rid of you to be honest.
you're cheating on her and you think leaving will upset her, your lying, decietful and having sex with someone else you have claimed to really like and you think leaving will upset her.
how can you determine whether she can continue without her, you're not the be all and end all of this persons world, you're her boyfriend but not her life.
you staying for your personal reasons don't make you a better person. you're just scared that this other girl is only so attractive and likeable because she is the forbidden fruit and when it's okay to be with her, things will change.
get some backbone and leave your current girlfriend instead of lying on a daily basis, you don't love someone and cheat on them!
