You wait until you find a nice woman who you love, and who loves you back. Be in a relationship with her until both your and her feel ready to take it to the next step. That probably means wait until you are out of your teenage years.

 Hi link, don't worry about your penis size. My man is a little below average and usually can't last more than a minute. He sometimes tells me this must be a problem for me but I have no idea what he's talking about.  Eh, as the old saying goes: "it's not what you have, it's how you use it."
It's important to know that there's more to women and sex then just "sticking the penis in"... Learn more about foreplay.. The key to a guy being successful at sex is that you have to make that girl WANT you inside of her..
Also, remember there are more ways to get a girl to climax then just straight intercourse. Look into oral sex, as well as what you can do with your hands for her..
Trust me, as long as you can get the girl off, that's all she's gonna care about..
