Too angry & too aggressive!!

i have an anger issue . i get angry really fast and shout at my boy friend. he hates it . i tend to be very aggressive some times. we had a fight 4 days ago and now boyfriend is very distant . i m scared will he hate me forever?? will he leave me?

i know i need help with my issue . i'm already doing great deal of research on how to control anger.

i'm upset and scared.

maybe you need to go and see someone for anger management.

something must be causing you to get angry so quickly...possibly stress?

maybe you could take up a dance class or start going to the gym or take up boxing or something like that, this can release some energy and reduce stress...

talk to your boyfriend calmly about it, i'm sure he'll support you in whatever you decide to do.

its good that you know and can admit you're having problems with your anger, it will make getting over this a lot easier.
