 You say before you go deep in the relationship you want to meet her. Well, 'meeting her' is the relationship not the instagram. Meeting is the important bit.
Strolling in the park sounds enjoyable if the weather is right. There is opportunity to talk and get to know each other. You might also stop off for a coffee somewhere.
And offer to either see her home or to her favoured mode of transport. Your job is to see she gets home safely as far as you possibly can.
Don't suddenly jump her. You will know if she wants to kiss. Hold out your hand and see if she accepts the offer of walking hand in hand. Take it slow and easy.
When you part ask: 'Kiss goodbye?' And if she leans forward then you may plant a friendly kiss. If not, wait till next time and ask again.
