 Well best you don't agree to anything until you do know him better for starters, I also feel if it keeps changing to he loves this one and that one then he is throwing the word love around to freely but from your age I guess he is young aswell, I feel you need to talk to him! your not with him so really he is free to talk to whatever girl he wants but at the same time if its you he wants then surely its only you he would be going after and not keeping options open.

 well fare play to saying you want to get to know him first! but i think like most people at 15 if thats his age too people dont know what they want they dont know how to love either not properly any way! i think this boy is rather a)confused and moxed up doesnt know what he wants nor who he wants or b) just a player. maybe getting to know him like you said even as just a freind would be best so you know exactly what his like.
