writes: Some advice please.I was seeing a guy things kind of fizzled out due to loss of contact from both of us. I have realised I really like him and would like to see him again. He hasn't told me he does not wish to see me again, likewise I did not tell him.He lives in a town nearby me and I would like to know what to do to try and get his attention and get him to ask me out again.All advice welcome.Thank you.x Reply to this Question

reader, anonymous, writes (5 December 2006): Call or email (don't send a text message!) and say you've been thinking about him, and wonder how he is. If he is happy to hear from you, and wants to have a conversation, you might consider asking him out - unless he asks you first.
But if he has met someone else, or is busy, or simply seems to have lost interest, you'll have to let it go, and console yourself with the thought that at least you tried, then move on.
But hopefully, he will be very glad you contacted him! Good luck.
