writes: how do i get rid of spots on my face? sometimes i shave and my spots get cut. they bleed and few days later go back to normal skin with it is coloured browny red. and some of these marks have been there for over 2years. anyway of gettin rid of them?or is it impossible?

Hi, you need to get this stuff called Proactiv. My brother had really bad skin. Huge blackheads, white redish spots. He doesn't shave yet. I bought him this stuff and he refused to use it. Then bingo he gets a girlfriend and he has started using it in the last month...and his face is totally clear, no scars...clear skin. You have to follow the regime very rigidly though. It is really really good.

It is a bit pricy but worth every single penny. I mean it. Otherwise you are going to end up with a pock-marked face which is very depressing for you now and when you are older. Be very clean with your hygience, wash you hands and if you have a major zit, only squeeze it with Q-tips (two either side) not finger nails or any other object. I would lightly shave. This sounds wierd but woman when they use shaving creams usually get like a plastic spatula inside the pack that you just scrap over your skin. It doesn't cause razor burn or cuts. I would use just regular soap and water and use something like a plastic spatula to remove excess hair rather than a razor for the moment until you get this magic stuff. Hope that helps.
