If you want to go out with this other boy, say yes......but at your age you are too young to be thinking of anybody as the "love of your life" you should be enjoying your schooldays and studies and social life and not taking anyone too seriously!

Well, just tell him that you're flattered, but you've already got your eye set on someone else. If you don't want to flat out say "you" then that's about the best option. If you say anything else, he won't EVER look your way.
