writes:ok so i wuz at a party and since it was so loud, everyone ended up txting each other so we could talk. The class clown the txted my friend and said he liked me. She said to tell me and ask me out or sumtin, but he never did. Anyway, he knew that my friend told me and i asked him if it was a joke cuz i have a right to try to protect myself from being horribly hurt. He would never tell me anything. He has never said anything to me that is not making fun of me or something ridiculous so its alright for me assume that its a joke cuz hes never been serious in his life. And i told him i liked him too. (rewind: last year i liked him alot. but this year wen he wasnt in my homeroom or any of my classes, i gave up on him. but also because i met someone else. Now that i think about it, it all makes sense and he may have liked me back then.) so i txted him the day after and asked him if he wuz serious. he just told me he wanted to forget about it and he told me to stop txting him. then a couple days later i heard from someone in my class that it was a joke and i got furious. i txted him asking if he thought it was fun to crush ppls hearts. then i dont know why but i felt bad for him so i told him to tell me FOR REAL if he was joking. he said it was hard to explain but to stop txting him. Did i do anything wrong? Is he mad at me for not believing him? What should i do? And now i really like him and the worst thing is the other boy i used to like has completely faded from my mind. I just scored his number and i dont really care. I desperatly need help. ive had a stomach ache and i cant eat since the day of that party.

i actually just got asked out by the class clown, and im the class nerd! haha
but really anything could happen.
he probably told his friends that he didnt like you because, well thats just guys for you lol
they never really like to commit.

It does sound like he likes you. He may have said he was joking to his friend as he thought you wasnt interested and was scared that you dont feel the same.
Just give it time without texting him, if hes truely interested he'll let you know eventually.
