As another poster here said, guy at that age are only interested in one thing. If they don't get it or if they do, it'll never be about you.
My boyfriend told me that most boys know that someone only spreads tales about a girl if it's case of sour grapes.
What if you did kiss him? He'll go around saying your are a slut.
Either way he sounds like a loser.
You are doing the right thing by keeping to the boundaries that you have made for yourself. Don't let bullying change your decision.
I'm sure not everyone thinks of you like that. How about you saying his breath smells so anyone would be frigid around him :p
Telling tales can work both ways...

i think that you need to take a step back and just think - does this guy really care for me? because if he has gone around your school telling people your frigid i wouldnt think he does, as for your 'friends' did they tell everyone that you were raped or just help spread about you being frigid because if they had then they may not be worth keeping as friends. Are you going out with the guy now? because it may be time for you to move on from him if he is being like this. It may take a while but you should try... is there anyone that should know that doesnt know about what happened to you because you must tell someone that can help you, usually schools have anti-bullying leaders and connexions workers that come in and talk to you about that sort of thing xx hope this helps xx
