 Since there's no explaining any one technique over the other, the only issue I see here is if you're taking someone else's panties. Who's wife's panties are you taking? Why is her mother's age (40) significant here?
Why not just go out and buy womens' panties and use them that way?
The real question is not the technique, its why you're taking someone else's panties and doing this.
That's the wrong part. As far as feeling dirty about the technique, I don't see that as the issue. People do all sorts of things they think are "dirty".
Size as far as the girlfriend is concerned shouldn't matter, and a lot of women don't orgasm during coital sex. So maybe you need to try something else with her.
