 That is the feeling that many women have the first time or so that they are approaching orgasm, but it is not necessarily a need to actually urinate. Your boyfriend is probably correct. Go ahead and let the sensation proceed, and the result will likely be an orgasm. Just take care of urinating prior to intercourse. It is unlikely that it has anything to do with "squirting," which is uncommon.
