You sound like you like both of them but it isn't unusual to like more than one person. I've done it but you need to decide which one you like more or which one you could see yourself having a better relationship with. What sort of feeling did you get when you had that dream about kissing one of the guys? If you were shocked or pleasently suprised or you liked it then you know you like him. If not then you need to get him out of your mind and concentrate on the other guy. Think carefully about your choice.
