A male Belgium age 30-35, anonymous writes:

Since I have a girlfrriend (we do not do anything sexually except hugs and kisses, we're 16 and i'm a virgin) the thrill to masturbate is gone. It's like i don't want to masturbate anymore. Is this normal?

Or is it because I miss her because I haven't seen her for 6 days (she's on holidays in another country)?

A female reader, anonymous, writes (20 February 2010):

Nope its normal and it happens. Its just as normal as it is for other guys to keep masturbating when they are in a relationship, but many who are in love will also not want to masturbate any more. Some again continue to masturbate but dont watch porn anymore. It varies. And all of it is normal.

Laura1318 agony auntMen have a single track mind and can only focus on one thing at a time. You have got a new focus and it is more interesting than DIY. It is normal .

You are happier now and your mind is always thinking of her than DIY.

No, it's pretty normal actually. You're more focused on her that you are yourself. You're normal.
