......is someone who may do the same thing to you someday.
There's a good chance you'll always wonder if he's got someone else waiting in the wings. Do you really want to go through that?

 Don't go for the guy who's willing to break up his girlfriend for you, honestly thats not a good idea, as he will probably end up regretting it and leaving you to get back with her plus. he is older, he may want different things than you do and he may try and push them on you wether he means too or not. I say break it off and find someone thats your age :)
