So I left my parents a note explaining everything where i knew they find it, do this, you MUST TELL SOMEONE!!!!

Yes, absolutely tell your Father. I think that he's the best one to tell in this situation. Your Dad's friend is CLEARLY not a good friend to you and might be touching other girls! Help the other girls who might be in danger and go ahead and tell your Father. I hope this works out for the best, sweetness. This man is a disgusting man who doesn't deserve to be getting away with this. You don't deserve to be treated in such a fashion...
