Should I tell my boyfriend my ex is going to be at the shower?

My BF and i have been together mostly on and a few months off for 7 years. I have never been unfaithful but he has. Although i'm not worried about him doing anything now, he does go out and most of the time I have no idea who he is with. My HS BF and i have talked on and off since we broke up. I still keep in contact with some of his family members. One of them who normally lives in CA is coming to NJ for her baby shower. She invited me but he will be there. I have emailed him and he doesn't mind if I go. Should I tell my BF that my ex will be there or leave out that part? The chances of him finding out are slim but possible. He hates anyone I used to date but on a few occasions he talks/hangs out with his ex. What should I do?
