Yes, we need more information. Be aware that if you tell your boyfriend he will dump that friend and, if he is a violent sort, hurt him. If you don't like the guy tell your bf immediately. If you like the guy, I would tell him that he better knock it off or the next time he makes you uncomfortable you are going to tell your bf.

If you're completely committed to your boyfriend, and his friend's advances were completely unsolicited & unwelcome, then by all means tell your boyfriend. That will likely lead to an ass-kicking, and an end to their friendship.
If you've been flirting with the friend, it's a whole different question.
