Should I tell him what's bugging me?

I dont know what to do. I have been dating this guy for 4 months and things seem a little weird now. we used to talk everyday and last week we never talked at all then he texted me and asked if he did anything to make me mad he thought I was mad at him. He is very shy around me and his ex wife plays horrible mind games with him and wont leave him alone. We hung out and he said he missed me and huged and kissed me when he left. I had to work the next day he said he would text me but never did and now its been 2 days and I havent talked to him. I really like him alot and dont know what is going on should I try and talk to him about how I am feeling it really bugs me but I want him to be honest with me and I would like to be honest with him about my feelings.
