Should I tell him I want a baby?

I am 20 years old and I will be 21 in bout 6 months. I am in college and I am in a 2 year relationship. We are happy and in love. He brought me a promise/ engagement ring about 6 months ago. We want to get married but we have to plan it. We are not married right now because we want to plan out the wedding it's not a financial situation because we have saved money for they wedding. However, I want to have a baby but I am not sure how I should go about telling him. D o you think this is a good idea?
