Should I still be her friend and his secret lover?

I liked this one guy who will be named 1 well me and 1 hit it off when we would talk. He liked me and I liked him but we never really told each other we just knew we did BUT than my supposed friend who we will call 2 just started liking him because 1 just thought that she was pretty. She told me that she was going to hook up with him but I never told her that we liked each other but she seen me and him talking as if we were a couple. BUT before he had a crush on her but she never liked him because he looked weird. But i always liked him from the start but anyways just last week me and him got into an argument and too prideful i never apologized later he began talking to her like a boyfriend girlfriend kind of talk, and now I'm lost I don't know if I should still like him or just move on. He keeps looking at me as if he wants to talk but every time i try to talk to him he won't say a word. and my supposed friend 2 i don't know if i should still be her friend. What should I do?
