 If you are not sure you love him, and you don't think he loves you then yes i think it may be time for you move on & find someone who you love, and that loves you.

 Hi,If you have no feeling's at all for this man then you shouldn't be with him, but i think that you should talk to him and find out how the both of you are feeling, if your just having fun with no strings attatched then there is no problem unless either one of you was looking for more out of it.
