 Meet him but take sensible precautuions. The more details you can tie him down to the better in terms of phone number, picture etc. Tell people where you are going, promise to txt or call to let them know you are ok. Public place, not too late in the day, that kind of thing. Good luck :)

 i am having the same sort of issue myself... but i do know who the person is as in 'know of' if you get me. If you do meet up with him, be sure it is in a 'public' place, basically somewhere that isn't in the middle of nowhere just incase things turn sour.
