Should I let things go or wait a while then give him a call?

It's been about three weeks since I last talked to my ex. We were trying to work things out in our relationship, but we kept having disagreements. The last day we talked, I told him that I didn't want to go to couples counseling since we weren't together. He didn't reply, so I called to see what was up. He said that he left his phone at home, and that'd he'd call back later. That was three weeks ago, and I haven't heard from him since. I tried contacting him a few days after thinking he just needed space.

I sent him an e-mail a week ago saying that I'd like to be friends.

Still no reply.

So, I was wondering if I should let things go, or wait a while and try giving him a call? And if so, how long should I wait?

I think you should let things go. If he's not answering your calls or text messages then he isn't trying to work things out. I think you should move on.Don't waste your time waiting around on him, just let him call when he's ready.
