A female United States age 51-59, anonymous writes:

i am completely taken with a man who i have known for a little more than 3 years. he has on and off shown attraction to me too and even though our communication is maybe every other week, he will call me after a night of being "with the boys" playing poker or watching football and act as though im the love of his life. he does not see other women though i know he was a bit of a ladies man a few years ago. should i just leave things as they are even though it is not completely fulfilling for me or should i just continue to wait and hope?

Don't wait in hope that he will change. He won't. He's usins you for his own ends and that's it. Sorry to be blunt there. Instead, go out and find another guy who will give you more. This guy will only hurt you and use you. Lots of luck. x

Denizen agony auntI think you should find another man and stop being the convenient stop over for this one. It would be OK if you were both happy with the relationship but I sense you are not. Once you have found someone who can give you what you want you can end this part-time situation.
