 If you need to use this well then you need to use it. Nobody should judge you over it, however if this is the woman that you want to spend your life with well then don't allow her to find it, instead just come clean to her and tell her you use it, if she loves you then it should not matter. Yes she might be a bit shocked because you have hid it from her, but she will soon come to terms with it.
