We really hit it off.It was quite awkward as I was there with another guy - but he's not a boyfriend as such, just a male friend.Once I explained the situation, everything seemed fine and we shared a taxi home.We spent the whole journey snogging, he took my phone number and said he'd call me.That was three weeks ago but he's never called.  Go ahead and call him - he may have lost your number. Not all guys are jerks who don't call on purpose. (He may even be hoping that you will.) And even if he doesn't want to go out, it's not the end of the world. If nobody ever took chances, life would be boring and mundane. Good luck! :)

But maybe he doesn't have one. Still.. I think you should wait becuase he said he would call you..
Im sorry, it is one of the worst things to feel when a guy says he will call you and doesn't. There is a reason why he didn't call you.... just wait.

He'd probably be flattered to hear from you - after a little bit of time has passed you're still thinking about him. If he doesn't want to go out, then it's not like it would be that awkward since it doesn't seem like you would see him around very often. Take a chance!
