 What probably happened is that you have a small hemarhoid or you were a bit constipated so that when you passed feces you scratched yourself inside and bled a little. If it only happens once or twice it's nothing to worry about but if there is more than a teaspoon of blood or your feces are black it's worth having a chat to the doctor about it. You can solve this problem by drinking lots of water and eating lots of fruit and veg to make it easier to pass them.
