It's a myth that having sex makes you looser- regular sex can actually make you tighter (like "working out" a muscle). Unless you're having constant crazy sex like a pornstar, you don't get stretched out.

Tightness has no relation to what you are asking and like it was already stated things done with x # of people doesn't make you loose. Second she may be lying and there is no way to actually find out but it shouldn't matter and if it does than I wouldn't be with her. Plus there is no telling what was actually done with these so called seven girls.
Also try to keep you finger limit to two, its not about how much you can fit in there its about the movements you can perform and two fingers gives you the best control.
