Three weeks ago there was this girl that i got together with and we felt like we were the best couple ever, better than any of our other relationships. one day she just changed, she hasn't been trying to get a hold of me in any way, now she wants to break up, at least she's thinking about it, I have no idea why she is thinking about this question.

I need help, this girl feels like "the one" for me, I haven't met anyone better, I'm in a crises, please help, what can i do to change her mind?

You can't change how she feels. You might really like her but you're young and you might think that there aren't any better girls out there but trust me, you can find someone that's better than that. If the relationship doesn't work out and she ends up breaking up with you then you know it wasn't meant to be, in the first place. You'll find another girl that'll be everything you want and won't hurt you in any way. You're still young. Trust me, you'll find someone. Good luck.
