writes:I met her in November of 2008. We work together at the same place, and the same days and same hours. We exchange numbers, and we started talking to each other everyday and texting each other everyday. We texted each other the whole entire day. Everyonce in a while she will text to me at 4 in the morning, or even call me at 7 in the morning, knowing that i was sleeping. Since the first day i met her i fell in love with her. LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT. I am in love with her. I won't deny it. For valentines day we went out together, and i ask her to give me an opportunity to be my girlfriend. But she said she can't. So then I thought ok, maybe she needs more time. And i have given her time, but my love towards her grows and grows much stronger. About 3 weeks apperantely she went back to her ex-boyfriend. And i didn't know. We were still talking to each other like we used to. Until a co-worker told me she should be ashame of what she is doing to you. And i kept on asking my co-worker what is it that you know that i don't know, and she told me, I am sorry if its gonna hurt you, but she is back with him. And yes I was mad and furious about the situation, I kept on asking my self why she made me spend time, on her and why she did this to me. Then I confront her and asked her, if she was back with him, and she said. Don't be mad at me, but yes i am back with him. And i was trying to find a way to tell you this. And to hurt you. As she told me this I was mad, and I told her, Me mad ? no.. you are free to do what ever you want, and if you really love him, then I guess is done with me. We still talk to each other cause we still work together. I love to see her, cuase I love her, and its hard for me to get over it. I question myself why has this happen to me. I gave her my attention, my love, my respect, I did the best I could. This past weeked while working together she called me "Honey" through the whole day. After worked as i left, when I arrive at home I read a paper she gave me to read it. Saying not to be negative, and that I have a great friend. So texted her saying, Thank you very much, and I love you. Then she reply back say I love you too. Yesterday she gave me a baby picture of hers to keep. And yes i took it. I don't get whats going on. What should I do?

 In my opinion, she loves you as a close friend, sure, somthing may happen in the future, but don't hold your breath. I call alot of my male friends pet names like Honey and Sweety. We often forget that our actions towards close friend can be VERY confusing.
I'm glad you respect her decision and you have good reason to be angry. Just keep respecting her paths and try to help her through life as a great friend.
I know its confusing and disappointing but thats life i guess.
