 Yeh my ex is doing that with me, he keeps talking to my sister and referring to her as "his" little sister, and when i asked him to stop talking to her, because he kept stiring things with her, he kicked off saying he was gonna turn her agaisnt me...so she is proberly trying to do what he tried doing with my sister...Just talk to your sister and explain to her, how it is making you feel..

 Well the ex is probably finding out what you are up to via your sister. It would seem odd that they have struck up a friendship otherwise. Perhaps you can ask your sister not to talk about you - it would be a good way to test if this girl is a genuine friend or not...she will lose interest in your sister if she isn't getting the info she wants.
