writes:i fall in love with my best friend, its great when im with her but it is also confusing.i love her soo much.. and sometimes i feel like i got to tell her what i feel, but i dont know if she feels the same way. she loves me but not like i love her, we are truely best friends we even call eacother twins because our birthdays are almost the same day and we like the same musik movies and others stuffs. but i dont know what to do! and now there is another gay interested in her she says that she doesnt love him but what if something happens? and i dont want that to happen, not only because i love her.. but that guy is a freak.. i think she wants to rape her o.O. should i tell her what i feel?

It does sound like you get on very well, and it would be a shame if you both fancied each other and never did anything about it. She said she doesn't like the other guy, so there's no real reason why you shouldn't take her aside and be honset with her. Do it gently, and just say you'd really like to take the relationshipn further with her. Be brave.
