A male United Kingdom age 41-50, anonymous writes:

I have recently fallen out with a girl i was friends with for months. We seemed to get on fine lately, but she wasn't happy with my bad mood and said she couldnt understand me, so doesnt want to meet or speak again. She has just started dating though, we are friends. I tried texts for 2 days and wondering whats best now?

It just doesnt make sense to cut contact over such a small matter.

Well actually, we were talking about it and we had got along fine. It seems an overreaction and surely there should be chance to talk things over.
