Shall I just admit my feelings?

Question - (22 February 2009) 1 Answers - (Newest, 22 February 2009)
A female Finland age 30-35, anonymous writes:

Well, I was given a guys email address from one of my friends and we instantly got along.

I spoke to him alot and then we decided to go out for a walk together and I began to like him even more. I'm not sure what to do, I don't want to tell him plainly that I have feelings for him, because really I want to get to know him better but let him know I'm interested in him in that way; but I don't know if it is too soon? It's only been about 3 weeks. He has shown great interest in me, he always says I'm attractive and wants to make plans with me and he always hints that he "likes girls to make the first move" etc... but I don't want to ruin our friendship by moving too quickly. What should I do?

Any advice would be appreciated. :)

I would give it more time. Especially since it only has been three weeks. The attraction is there, no doubt about it, so there is no harm in waiting and getting to know him more before you tell him how you feel. Continue being yourself and showing interest, but I would not say it just yet. I find most guys like a bit of a chase. If they don't have to work for a girls affection they lose interest more quickly than a girl who makes them sweat it out a bit.

Let me know how it goes!
