It sounds as if you have stretched out a bit.
Its all muscle down there so you can tighten it up again with exercise.
Use the muscles that you squeeze when you orgasm, or the ones that you use to stop urinating mid flow.
Try it next time you are on the loo, figure out which ones I mean and then just try squeezing 10 times in a row when you are washing up or in a lift or any time at all.
Do it a couple of times a day and you should see a difference.
