A male reader, thenotsogreat New Zealand + , writes (3 November 2009):

thenotsogreat agony auntThere are alot of things in our little world that seem to treat sex as either dirty or bad.

Everything that suggests that is simple wrong, end of story.

If you love him and he loves you then dont be ashamed. Your body is made for it and so is his.

As for being shy, perhaps you could try talking to him about how you feel. Dont be nervous hes there for you remember. afterall hes your boyfriend

If you feel guilty then maybe you shouldn't be having sex. Sex should make you feel happy and content, not guilty or embarrassed.
