Could be medical, diet-related, stress-related, drug-related.
Seeing as you haven't had this problem in prior relationships, I would probably recommend seeing a doctor and seeing what he recommends.
It might seem embarrassing going to a medical professional about this sort of thing, but it's actually very common. Don't sweat it.
