I'm also scared to tell my mom. On top of that I might have skin cancer. I need help, please someone give me some advice! I have been pregnant before, but I miscarried. Should I just hope I miscary again?

I highly suggest you speak to your mom. i understand that you're scared of her reaction, but the pregnancy will not go away and you need her to be there for you. The father of the child also needs to know that he is going to be a father soon.
Don't be scared or delay as this will not go away and the sooner you get it off your chest, the sooner you can have the support that you need.
