Question - (22 May 2011) 2 Answers - (Newest, 23 May 2011)
A female United Kingdom age 26-29, *he unknown writes:

Me and my ex have finally got talking after a couple of months of awkwardness. I still love him and have missed him a lot since we broke up. We broke up because he felt that we had drifted apart. Friends and people who don't even know me and him that well have said that he is showing signs that he still likes me as his actions around me differ to when he is around everyone. But I can't be sure of their word?!

I don't know whether I should tell him or not?

and if I do what words should I use and what do I say?

Partyboy123 agony auntHey,

I know what you mean, i broke up with my girlfriend but i still want to be with her regardless of what shes done to me... its called nostalgia, we view all of the good times and think about going back regardless of the bad times, and basically taking one step forward and two steps back type of thing.

in all honesty, the breakup was for a reason, thus, going back would be awkward and most likely cause more problems.

if you are willing to handle the awkwardness and problems of him thinking you two are drifting apart, then sure, talk to him.. otherwise, do yourself the favor and move on (thats the road i am taking, otherwise it would just get worse and i would get even more heartbroken)

hope i helped :)
