A female reader, aramjo United States +, writes (14 April 2009):

After my second child was born, my period went from 4 days to roughly 2 and half. I was breastfeeding and when I was done it went to 3 days, so I still lucked out.

My doctor said there was nothing wrong with it and that the menstruation cycles change sometimes.
