I really need help, there's this lad I like who I work with but he's just spilt up with his girlfriend today. He told me he liked me a few weeks ago but I never told him that I liked him too. Is it too soon after finishing with his girlfriend to tell him?

Essy there. This is too soon. You need to give him time to get over her and clear his head. He'll need a few weeks, possibly more. In the meantime, just be a good friend. You don't want to just be a rebound to him, so give him time.

pancakes rule agony auntdepends on what terms the relationship ended on. If he's upset, then wait a while, if he wasn't in love with his gf and is relieved that the relationship is over, then don't do it straight away, wait a day or two then tell him.

good luck
