 Just ask her sweety. Shes probably waiting for you to pop the question (not marriage obvs ha ha), but I bet she would be delighted to see you again. Go to the movies, or go out shopping in town or go play Crazy Golf, thats always fun.
Just suggest that you should do somehting together and if she agrees then go for it, plan it out. Also if you cant get hold of her on msn or whatever you use to talk then ask your mate who knows her where she is and ask if he can tell her to come online or for her to give you her number.

take my advice. just ask her out!!! she probably most likely wants you to, b/c my friend did the same thing and was seriously wanting him to ask her out and when he did she was so excited!!! so seriously ask her out!!!=]
