 i think you should go to your doctors you dont have to feel embarrased you can ask to see a female doctor it may well just be a ingrown hair but as it is a lump its better to be safe then sorry.

If it has only just appeared it maybe nothing more than an ingrown hair or sweat pimple. If it has been there a while I suggest you go to your doc, you may think its embarrassing but if there is a problem then the sooner you get it looked at the better. It could be a lot of things, but any lump anywhere needs to be checked out. Take care of yourself.

 Hey babe it could very well be an ingrown hair or something just as harmless but if you are that concerned then i would suggest you pay a visit to your gp show it to them and they will advise you.
