Are there plans for her to eventually move? Or in her mind are you both going to be long distance forever? The main thing here, is you need to respect your LD girlfriend and allow her to sleep occassionally with men while she is there, and you can do the same with women where you are. Fair's fair. You can continue your LD telephone or writing relationship... meet once or twice a year... and still get on with the necessities of life. You don't have to phone her up and verbally giver her "permission". She dosn't need your permission in the first place, but what I mean, is accept the possiblity that she will do this as a fact of life, and don't be selfish about it.

erm not invite her to move. If your prepared to sleep with an ex and not respect her you clearly don't care enough for her to expect her to move to be with you.
If you feel for your gf you'll do the honest thing and tell her you slept with your ex. I admit it might well end things, but its the right thing to do. You can't destroy your gf's life by asking her to move to be with you, and then have her break up with once shes found out what you've done after shes spent so much money and effort into moving to a different country.
