 Perhaps you should try spending some time apart from this guy. Your lust for him is making you nuts. And I'm sure seeing him with another female in no way makes the situation any better. I do not suggest you intrude into their relationship because it will only lead to problems and resentment.
Try a new hobby, or doing something for the benefit of yourself. Stop wasting time on a man that is already involved.
