You need to establish way more independance, because this sex thing is just the tip of the iceberg.
Get some outside interests, join some clubs or a gym and dont be around so much panting after her so you can get smacked down.

 Well if you know she masturbates between 3:30 and 4:00 am take you an early nap. Set either a watch or cell phone alarm to awaken at that time. Get you some and then go back to bed.
