 Simple. If you love your wife and want to move to England like you planned then cut off all contact with the other girl.
Or if you only married your wife to get a Visa and you dont actually care about her - then do her and the rest of England a favour and dont move over to England. We dont need more immigrants, and she does not need a cheating husband.
So this is entirely up to you - if you did marry your wife for genuine reasons and do love her then break it off with this other girl right away and hope that your wife never finds out about your affair. But if you got married for the wrong reasons and dont love your wife then stay in America and you can stay with your 'incredible girl'.
