Chances are if you've had an sti for a long time without getting it sorted then you wont be able to have kids anyway.

If you don't know enough about the stuff ur doing then stop doing it and take some time to grow up.

A female reader, Susan Strict United Kingdom +, writes (19 May 2008):

Susan Strict agony auntRight. It's not likely to be any sort of sti. The symptoms have appeared too quickly.

If the pain has not lessened after two days, then you need to go see a doctor. What could it be? Well, there are several possibilities. One is that the pain results from ejaculation after a considerable time of arousal without ejaculation. This seems unlikely in your case, because the pain doesn't usually last for more than a few hours. At worst it should lessen to a dull ache that will go within a maxmimum of around 48 hours. It could also result from inflammation/infection of the prostate gland. It's not serious, but it definitely does need treatment to stop it becoming serious - a course of antibiotics can clear it up (the pain would have started after sex because the infected fluid spreads from the prostate).

What also seems possible from your limited description is that it's a torsion. This can be very serious, and is usually accompanied by some swelling. If you also have swelling and the pain is not going away, then get STRAIGHT to the doctor or to accident and emergency at a hospital if your doctor can't see you right now. If the tubes connecting your testicles have become twisted then there is a real risk that blood flow can be interrupted and you will lose one of both of them - or worse if it goes on untreated and gangrene sets in.

If it's still hurting today then you MUST see a doctor very soon. If it hurts AND it's swollen then get medical treatment RIGHT NOW.

Good luck.

Sorry, frozencurrent but I don't think he's stupid enough to believe you. (ejaculation)

The truth is your too young to have sex, you don't know what your doing. All you think about is penetration and desire and then your off, banging your girlfriend for all your worth. Your so young and ignorant I bet you think she actually enjoys what your doing to her.

Your hurting after sex, I can just imagine how she feels like poor thing. You must have bruised her and tore her insides upside down. Stop having sex, learn to enjoy her company without pentrative sex. Slow down, learn to kiss and fondle and titilate. Your hurting and your hurting your girlfriend. Stop having sex now, good sex between adults involves no pain. Stop what your doing and start enjoying a relationship suitable for your age. Your just too young to know what you are doing and I don't have the space to explain it here.
